Marazooms was a lifesaver when my own telephoto lens broke down while on our Safari. They were incredibly helpful, and arranged to drop off the lens to an airport in Nairobi in order to have it arrive by Air just in time for our game drives in Masai Mara. They were super responsive and quick to provide constant updates on the lens delivery and pickup. I rented the 100-400 Canon IS ii usm and it helped produce some amazing and beautiful shots.  If you're planning a trip and prefer not to travel with a heavy telephoto lens or heaven forbid if you happen to incur an unfortunate experience with your own lens, I highly recommend renting from Marazooms. Such an amazing service!! I reached out fairly last-minute (a couple of hours before my flight) and they delivered everything straight to me. Communication was quick and easygoing. Oneal was ready and waiting for me right at the airport. I was given a Sony a7iii with a Tamron 150-500mm lens. The equipment was all in good condition, and I was able to take beautiful photos (attached some below). They even included 3 pre-charged batteries and a card reader. The best in Nairobi! This company was recommended to me by gpt chat, and it turns out they were right on target. I compared competitors' offers, but this company is the most customer-focused! A very good lens, the courier delivered it directly to the hotel and then came to pick it up, they gave me a discount, and the response was very quick. Found out this company by Google searches. Was very impressed by prompt response to questions on WhatsApp. They had a range of cameras and lenses for different budgets. Robert was very flexible and was able to meet me just before my safari trip started in Nairobi and also was kind enough to come to my hotel to collect the equipment at the end. Robert was very patient and kind and answered all. My questions regarding the equipment. I rented one camera body and two lenses. I also got a camera bag with a charger and 3 spare batteries which was very helpful. Robert was prompt to point out the wear and tear on the camera body during handover and stayed with me till I checked the equipment for any faults. I would definitely recommend this company for those who are trying to rent a camera for their safari trip in Kenya, for it was not just the camera but the exceptional service that I really valued. The excellent communication throughout was key for me to trust them as I only found this company by Google searches with no first hand reviews or references.
